Within the Gardens a tennis court has been provided for the use of residents of the Estate. 
The keys for the tennis court are available from reception upon prior booking. Bookings can be made below by choosing the desired date and time-slot. 
On leaving the tennis court please lower the net, do not forget to take your belongings, and dispose of any litter.

All residents have access from 6:00 to 22:30 every day to our heated indoor swimming pool, Saunas and Steam room.

Car spaces may be let on a monthly basis to apartments. Lessees should, however, be aware that under the planning restrictions that apply to the Estate, car spaces may only be occupied by residents of the estate and therefore car spaces may only be sub-let to Kings Chelsea residents (including sub-tenants). 
As soon as the sub-tenant ceases to be a resident of Kings Chelsea the sub-letting of the space to that person must cease. The Management Office must be informed if any lessee wishes to sub-let their parking space. 
Please note that the speed limit within the Car Park and across the Kings Chelsea Estate is 5 miles per hour.

In addition, the gym also offers access to highly qualified fitness professionals available to help create personal fitness programmes and reach your goals.

Kings Chelsea has a beautifully communal podium garden is the ideal place for relaxing and socialising. Complete with benches, gardens, ponds and decked seating area, the courtyard provides a perfect tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle of London life.
Residents and their visitors are requested to respect the privacy of other residents whilst enjoying the gardens and to observe the general regulations relating to nuisance/noise. Residents are requested not to exercise dogs in the landscaped gardens other than in the designated areas and to dispose of any litter. 
Young children must be supervised at all times, in particular in the areas surrounding the pond.

With Parcel SafePlace, couriers deliver parcels to your secure parcel, ready for you to collect at your convenience. 
Your own private secure mailbox is also located within the building you live. All letters will be posted to your mailbox and you can be picked up using your postbox key at anytime. Should you have any questions please speak to a member of the team onsite. 
For larger items that will not fit in your mailbox these are likely to be delivered to the Parcel SafePlace room located near the concierge desk by the Gym. You will will receive a notification that a parcel is waiting for you upon its delivery where you will be provided your own unique code to enter the room and collect.
