All residents must sign the Health Club waiver in order to access and use the facilities of the Kings Chelsea Health Club.

Employees of K.C. Estate Management may need to contact leaseholders / tenants from time to time. This may be in connection with security issues, granting emergency access, apartment leaks or for clarification and convenience. This information will be treated as confidential.

Submit details for all Key Authorisations.  For any Guests or Subcontractors entering your property, you will need to complete this form in advance to avoid any issues.

Book a loading bay space ahead of your move to ensure easy access for furniture and large items. The bays are bookable in 3-hour time slots and you will need your vehicle’s registration, type, size and colour.
