Terms and Conditions
People who are unwell should not use the Gym. Anyone with signs of fever, a new persistent cough and / or part of a household with someone with these symptoms must not attend and self-isolate for the minimum 14 days.
Booking
- Residents can only book the gym for a 30-Minute or 1-hour session via the Kings Chelsea app.
- Opening hours will be from 6am to 12noon & from 1pm to 11pm Monday - Friday, & 6am-7am & 8am-11pm Saturday & Sunday.
- As we have limited capacities, guests and gym instructors will not be permitted. This will be strictly enforced.
- Booking policy is first come first serve.
- Bookings to be made no more than 3 days in advance
- Booking slots will be for one hour per day only, 3 times a week per household, Monday to Sunday. This will be strictly enforced.
- There will be a limit of 3 persons at any one time.
Cancellation
Cancellation of bookings must be made by calling reception on 0207 352 5752 with at least 24 hours before the booking, otherwise it will be considered part of your weekly allowance.
Gym’s facilities
Changing rooms, WCs and water fountain will not be available. Ensure to sanitize your hands before and after using the gym. Please ensure you sanitize the equipment before and after use. Antibacterial wipes dispensers are available.

Allowing sufficient gaps between slots.
Please ensure you leave 5 minutes before your session ends to avoid clashes with the next users.
