Your own private secure mailbox is located within the building you live. All letters will be posted to your mailbox and you can be picked up using your postbox key at anytime. Should you have any questions please speak to a member of the team onsite.
For larger items that will not fit in your mailbox these are likely to be delivered to the Parcel SafePlace room located near the concierge desk by the Gym. You will will receive a notification that a parcel is waiting for you upon its delivery where you will be provided your own unique code to enter the room and collect.
