On Thursday, 24th August, we had a site inspection visit by Vasi of RBKC.
The Block & Beam installation has been signed off, and internal foul drainage also has been signed off.
Slurry mix finish to the B & B floor 90% complete
To complete when Air Brick installation progresses by Tuesday, 29th August.
Internal block work to DPC 80% complete
WC 29th August:
Plot 1.
Completion of 125 cavity walls to DPC level
Internal blockwork above DPC to start, followed by external brick facework with brick ties. [ Wed 30th]
External surface water drainage is to be completed by Friday, 1st September.
Reinstate kerbstones.
Introduce hard standing as a temporary road surface.
WC 29th August: Plot 2.
Break ground and excavate for raft footings.
Install steel reinforcing mesh. Pour concrete.
Bon groundwork to progress Plot 2 to the DPC level
Extensive deliveries and collections of materials and plant, culminating in site clearance by Bon
At the end of the week. Bon off-site WC 4th September.”
