Project Works at Kings Chelsea
Management Suite & Security Office Build Programme of Works
We would like to advise residents of some major projects commencing shortly. The first project will be the construction of a new management office and security kiosk at the main entrance; you will be fully informed of these works and the progress of such. Please be advised that the dynamics and aesthetics at the main entrance to the Estate will change temporarily to accommodate these works.
Please note that visitor parking will be restricted; to manage all vehicles on the Estate and large deliveries to Kings Chelsea, residents can now book a slot in the bay at the front of Mathison House. This will avoid any potential issues arising from large deliveries whilst works are taking place on the Estate. To book your slot, please go to My Home / Book your slot for big parcel delivery.
As previously advised, the construction of a new management office and security kiosk located at the main entrance will commence from Monday 27th March. We have created this management office/kiosk section in our app so that residents can be appraised of progress on both these projects; new information will be updated on the app every Friday afternoon for the following weeks' activities. We hope that residents find this useful to follow the progress of these major works.
Work starts on the week commencing 20/03/2023
Deliveries
23rd March 2023 – Delivery of site office/canteen and storage container
24th March 2023 – Install temporary power supply for site office cabin and provide power supply while building the new management suite.
24th March 2023 – The first delivery of materials to the site in preparation for granite works starting the following week.
Work for the week commencing 27/03/2023
27th March 2023 to 14th April 2023 – Start of granite works (Removing security barrier and intercom system, relocation of last parking space and all other associated works).
Work for the week commencing 03/04/2023
3rd April 2023 to 21st April 2023 – Excavation works for ductwork installation below ground, which will lead back to the management suite, will require areas to be closed off from the public.
Work for the week commencing 24/04/2023
24th April 2023 to 2nd June 2023 – Drainage works to management suite build 24th April 2023 to 5th May 2023 – Security cabin works
Work for the week commencing 05/06/2023 5th June 2023
5th June 2023 – Start the main build of the management suite.
