Introduction to Fire Safety Regulations 2023
The Fire Safety (England) Regulations 2022 were introduced on 18th May 2022
under Article 24 of the Fire Safety Order to implement many of the
recommendations made to the government in the Grenfell Tower Inquiry Phase
1 report and came into force on 23rd January 2023.
