10 years experience of working with babies/toddlers and young children
I am a 28 year old young lady, and have 10 years experience of working with babies/toddlers and young children. Within the last 6 years I did an Early Childhood Studies Degree, followed by a Bachelors Degree in Education. During this time I worked in a Childcare Centre, taking care of babies from 3 months-36 months. My duties included bottle feeding, weaning, and planning stimulating activities for the children to support them in each area of their milestones.
In recent years, I have built strong relationships with some of the families and done some regular babysitting for them. In one of my latest positions I was a temporary after school nanny for 4 children. During my time there my duties included, picking up children from school, cooking healthy nutritious meals, setting up exciting activities of their interest ,tidying up, helping them with their homework, and some house keeping duties.
