1. Moving in to/out of Kings Chelsea Prior to move in/out of Kings Chelsea, It is important that the tenant/lessee contact the Estate management staff on 02073525752 so common part areas can be prepared to avoid damage. All removal companies must provide K C Estate Management with a copy of their public liability insurance (minimum cover £5.000.000). If any damage has been caused to common parts/exterior building, then the undersigned/company representative will be held liable for any costs associated with relevant repairs. Lift ProtectionResidents are requested to contact the Management Office if they are planning to move large bulky items in the lift, giving as much notice as possible. Please be advise there are restrictions in place. 2.  K.C Estate Management is custodian for a large number of keys for the apartments at Kings Chelsea, accommodated at the main reception desk. In 2002 the keys were deposited on the premise should an emergency situation arise then access to the apartment would be unimpeded. In addition, should a resident lose their set of keys then a spare set would be readily available. Therefore, all keys for agents or letting agents for viewing, and cleaners will not be issued keys from the Kings Chelsea reception desk. Agents engaged with sales or lettings viewings at Kings Chelsea are to arrange for their own set of keys directly from their clients and held by the respective sales or letting agents. In addition, new tenants or owners are to be provided with their own set of keys from the sales or letting agent on completion or when a new tenancy agreement has been signed. We thank you for your cooperation in this matter.
