Those residents who own pets at Kings Chelsea will be required to apply for a new 12-month licence with effect from 1st January 2024. 
Please be advised there will be a £25.00 administrative fee for each application.  Please note the only way to submit your application is follow the below steps.1. Download the licence2. Read and complete the licence in full.3. Save licence in digital format4. Complete application form uploading the licence as an attachement
