After the increase in parcel deliveries we have introduced a new secure parcel safeplace room, which provides secure convenient access for parcels that are delivered to the concierge. You will be notified when you have as parcel ready to collect with a secure one-time collection code which you will enter onto the touch screen. The room is available 24/7 which provides the ultimate convenience, every collection and delivery to the room is recorded.
