December - Kick Boxing Fitness Class

Book to attend our martial arts themed fitness class Friday 7th December at 7pm

Martial Art themed fitness class will be taking place in the gym and is FREE for residents to attend.

The session will be using a mix of standard punching and kicking combinations, an upbeat fun training session for all ages and abilities.

January - Boot Camp Fitness Classes

Attend our Boot Camp Training classes for all ages and fitness levels throughout January

Join one of our Group Fitness Sessions running every Sunday throughout January.

Our Boot Camp training session will include:
  • Dynamic stretching
  • Light running
  • Interval training
  • Lifting weights/objects
  • Yoga stretching

These classes will help you to lose body fat, increase cardiovascular efficiency, increase strength, and help people get into a routine of regular exercise.
