The renovation of flat 13 Benham house

The works are agreed to start on Wednesday 8th February 2023 and to take approximately 16 weeks

All works will be done in accordance with the guidelines set forth by the Kings Chelsea Estate and only be carried out from Monday to Friday within the allowed hours of 8am to 5pm and if needed on Saturdays between 8am and 12pm. 

As per the regulations in place, any noisier works will be carried out between 9am and 12pm and from 2pm to 5pm on week days only.
